Looking after the customer ‘after the sale’ is the number one aim of P Tuckwell Ltd and we continue to strive to be the best we can at this.
The service department is led by Colin Coombs, Jimmy to most of us. Working for Tuckwells since he was 16 his vast experience of machinery and customers is vital to running the department and to training the new breed of young technicians. He currently has over 50 trained technicians covering Essex and Suffolk, most in mobile workshops, and a number of young apprentices coming through. You will see from the pictures Tuckwells boast 5first class, industry leading workshops and these are all well-equipped by the latest tools and laptops, to make your repairs as swift and seamless as possible.
We also believe that the only way to continue our success is to invest in the training of our young staff and this is why we currently have over 12 technicians in apprenticeship schemes. 
Our main aim is to give the best after sales care in the industry and with the right ethos, correct training, 50technicians, 5 parts stores, specialist tools, computers and well equipped vans we hope we can achieve this.
But we know never to rest on our laurels and that in order to give the best service we must always be improving – this is our aim.
